Frequently Asked Questions/ Shop Policies

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. 
  • Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided to you via email we are no longer held responsible - this includes missing, stolen or damaged packages. If there is an issue regarding your order or package please send us an email and we will help assist you in locating the package to the best of our ability.
  • For shipping outside of the United States please contact the store owner directly for arrangements to be made. 
  • Payments are accepted via Paypal and Debit/Credit only. Venmo, Cashapp or cash checks are not acceptable forms of payment.
  • Items are typically shipped 2-14 days from the date your order is placed. Due to our items being handmade please allow 2-14 days for shipping and processing. Note that your order will be handled and packaged with love and care during this time. 

  • All jewelry is nickel free, lead free, anti tarnish, and hypoallergenic. Please avoid water, heat and light to help keep your jewelry in its best condition.
  • Please contact the shop owner via the contact page of this website or via email for any further questions, please refrain from using DM's as a source of contact.
